Waterford Warriors is the home to CrossFit Laochra. Laochra means Warrior in Irish and over 90% of our classes follow the CrossFit methodology. However, We aren’t your average CrossFit Gym we like to put our own stamp on things and follow a weekly structure of:
Monday – Anaerobic
Tuesday – Strength
Wednesday – Aerobic
Thursday – Strength
Friday – Mix Modality
Our program caters for a broad range of fitness and aims to work multiple energy systems throughout the 5 day program.

Our pay as you go classes range from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Bootcamps and Hero Classes. These classes are for everybody and have a low barrier entry level no skill movements such as pull ups or barbells will ever be seen in one of these classes. Just turn up have get fit have fun!
One of our popular specialty classes is the Thursday night weightlifting. A Technique based class which is complimented by the weekly weightlifting extras programming that is available for those who are interested in improving their Olympic Lifting Tekkers.

Our ever popular Mini Warriors Program is a 6 week program where your child will learn the fundamentals of functional movement training through games and fun activities. Keep an eye on our social media for the next course!
Teen fitness classes run every Monday and Friday at 5pm for youths aged 12 – 17 years this program follows a similar structure as the main CrossFit Program. No pre Booking required come along 15 minutes early meet the coach and get signed up!
