Strava Series

Here at Waterford Warriors we are passionate about how our members increase their fitness every time they walk through our doors. Seen as our gym has been taking away from us for just a short while we are committed to keeping our community in touch through our Strava Series. This will help you build that longer steady state cardiovascular fitness you may have been avoiding or you previously seen it as a weakness. NOW is your chance.  We are looking for you to accept this challenge and keep in touch with that training buddy through the app and get running
